OUR HISTORY
True to his Greek heritage, Archie’s Flame Grille owner Peter enjoyed hosting friends and family on Sundays where he would fire up his trusty barbecue and cook up a storm. This love for fresh ingredients cooked simply but treated with care throughout the process was passed down through the family for generations. A passion for simple yet delicious food and the connection with people gave birth to Archie’s Flame Grille, named after Peter’s son.
Today, you can find Peter behind the grill at Archie’s as if it was another Sunday barbecue, and you can bet that he’s cooking your burgers like you’re a part of the family, because that’s what Archie’s Flame Grille is all about – Food and Family.
OUR FOOD
Archie’s Flame Grille’s meat and poultry is ethically grown, hormone, steroid and chemical free. Marinated with smoked salts, herbs and spices, the traditional wood-fired smoked meat and poultry is cooked in, and on, custom-built wood-fired grills and ovens. The result is a trademark-smoked taste, reminiscent of the owner’s cooking heritage and love of a fiery grill. The natural flavoured experience celebrates the hero ingredient and promotes the taste of each signature burger or meal. Archie’s enhances the flame-grilled and slow-cooked experience by accessorising both burgers and meat with a selection of distinctive in-house sauces and relishes, specifically created to add flavour and punch.
Necessary additions to the burgers and meats are our Badboy fries as well as the complimenting selection of traditional and healthy sides providing you with the choice to build your own meal options. Archie’s ensures an impressively simply cooked, flavour-packed experience, also offering the essential catering option for larger groups.
